Our Downtown Tour is our earliest tour which departs at 8 am. While our Night Tour ends at 10 pm (depending on the season, please refer to Maps & Routes page.

Our Liberty Cruise does not dock at Liberty Island, however, we sail very close to the Statue of Liberty for the perfect picture.

We highly recommend our customers to reserve their spot ahead of time at www.topviewnyc.com/reserve with your authorization code before arriving to the pier. You will present your reservation confirmation and your voucher confirmation prior to boarding. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding.
You will need your tickets printed or redeemed on our TopView App for your mobile prior to boarding. We have designated locations where you may hop on or hop off. You may see our designated locations along our routes page.
The validity of your tickets begin once you have printed your tickets with one of our representatives or when you redeem your pass on your mobile device.
Yes, on our Downtown Tour and Uptown tour we currently have 11 languages available:English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Hebrew. Our single ride tours such as Night Tour, Brooklyn Tour, and the Bronx Tour are only available in English.
The tours will need to be done consecutively. Cannot be done over several days.
After your purchase is finalized, you will receive a confirmation page. This will be sufficient to redeem your tickets. However, you will also receive an email; if you do not receive the email please contact support@topviewnyc.com for more assistance.

Any child under the age of 3 board for free as long as they do not occupy a seat. A child ticket is required for children between the ages of 4-12. Must follow company policy that all children must be accompanied by an adult.
You may begin at any designated stop on our route as long as you have a valid ticket printed or redeemed on your mobile device.
Not at the moment. The only tours that are available for the hop-on hop-off are the Downtown Tour and the Uptown Tour.

Our cruise is located at the World Financial Terminal at Battery Park City. This is located at Vesey St and North End Ave. It is currently stop 13 on our Downtown Tour and a short walk from the bus. Refer to your brochure for any further information needed.
