You will need your tickets printed or redeemed on our TopView App for your mobile prior to boarding. We have designated locations where you may hop on or hop off. You may see our designated locations along our routes page.

Yes, on our Downtown Tour and Uptown tour we currently have 11 languages available:English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Hebrew. Our single ride tours such as Night Tour and Brooklyn Tour are only available in English.
Hop on Hop off tour means you can get off and on at any designated Topview stop, take pictures, purchase souvenirs, visit nearby attractions, or even have a coffee, and then go back to the bus stop and hop on the next TopView bus that comes along.
You may begin at any designated stop on our route as long as you have a valid ticket printed or redeemed on your mobile device.
Not at the moment. The only tours that are available for the hop-on hop-off are the Downtown Tour and the Uptown Tour.
Our cruise is located at Pier 36, 299 South St, New York. It is currently stop 11 on our Downtown Tour and a short walk from the bus. Refer to your brochure for any further information needed.

We recommend that you book early as possible. After you purchase your tickets, you have up to 12 months to use the passes.
We highly recommend our customers to reserve their Liberty Cruise spot ahead of time at with your authorization code before arriving to the pier. You will present your Liberty Cruise reservation confirmation prior to boarding. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding.
Refund are not available since all sales are final, however, your tickets can be used for up to 12 months after the date of purchase.
The validity of your tickets begin once you have printed your tickets with one of our representatives or when you redeem your pass on your mobile device.
The tours will need to be done consecutively. Cannot be done over several days.
After your purchase is finalized, you will receive a confirmation page. This will be sufficient to redeem your tickets. However, you will also receive an email; if you do not receive the email please contact for more assistance.

Any child under the age of 3 board for free as long as they do not occupy a seat. A child ticket is required for children between the ages of 4-12. Must follow company policy that all children must be accompanied by an adult.

We definitely do offer private tours! The cost of the charter varies in prices depending on the specific of the tours. For example, time of the year, day of the week, time of the day and so on.

The options are endless! TopView will make sure you visit all of the most iconic sights and attractions, but in your free time, you should definitely consider taking in a Broadway show, sampling fine dining, exploring famous museums, and seeking unique retailers
Remember, NYC experiences all the seasons of the year. Make sure to check the weather prior to your NYC visit. Keep in mind it is very hot during the summer season and very cold during winter. During spring and fall season make sure to bring a light jacket and several layers just in case.
